Chris Hayman,

Head of Public Sector UK&I

Chris Hayman is the UK Public Sector General Manager at Amazon Web Services. Chris has served the Public Sector in various IT roles for over 20 years, beginning life at Amazon as a Principal Solutions Architect, he is passionate about technology, cloud computing, and its impact on public services. Chris enjoys spending time with customers who are embarking on, or have already adopted cloud at scale across all facets of the public sector including Education, Government, Healthcare, and Not for Profits. Chris is a keen advocate and is focused on building digital skills programs that enable a new and diverse generation of builders.

 

Tim Hearn,

VMware Cloud on AWS Director

Tim Hearn is VMware's Director, VMware Cloud on AWS for Northern Europe. In his role, he is responsible for VMware’s Cloud business in the region and the strategic relationship with Amazon Web Services. He has spent the last 6 years at VMware and was previously responsible for VMware UK's Public Sector business and relationships and so brings considerable experience in the sector to his cloud role.

 

Neill Smith,

Head of IT Infrastructure for Agriculture and Rural Economy Directorate at The Scottish Government

Neill is a Cloud, Virtualisation, Linux & Middleware specialist. Neill specializes in leading and managing multidisciplinary technical teams. He has the strong hands-on technical knowledge, whilst being highly proficient in Cloud, Virtualization, and DevOps technologies. Neill is an accomplished conference speaker, having previously spoken at numerous major technical conferences including VMworld, AWS re Invent, and Gartner.
