Biography:

Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA, is a Houston-based attorney advising and representing clients nationally and internationally on legal and regulatory issues including healthcare, cybersecurity, HIPAA, the HITECH Act, securities law, the False Claims Act, and Dodd-Frank. Ms. Rose is also an Affiliate Member with Baylor College of Medicine where she teaches bioethics.

?Ms. Rose has been consecutively named to the National Women's Trial Lawyers Association - Top 25, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, Houstonia Magazine's Top Lawyers in Healthcare Law, and the Texas Bar College.
