What webinar products does Webinar desk offer?
  • 1. Live webinars:

    Live webinars are real time webinars and are time bound meaning- you need to ensure you are virtually present as per webinar schedule. You can also put up questions and get them answered at the end of the session.

  • 2. Recorded webinars:

    Recorded webinar is the audio visual recording of the entire session. It isn’t time bound, can be watched any time as per your availability. However, you cannot ask questions from the instructor yet get access to interaction between audience present and speaker during the live session.

  • 3. Transcript:

    Transcript is the written material of the entire instruction given by the expert as well as the Q&A session carried out during the live presentation.

  • 4. DVDs:

    DVDs contain all the recoding of the entire session. You can watch it whenever you feel like watching it once you receive your DVD. You need not depend upon internet for the same.

How do I register for a webinar?
  • You can register for the webinar using any one of the following:

  • Online Registration: You can book your slot using online registration option under "Register" option available on our website.

  • Phone: You can reach our customer care executive on +1-866-879-1354 who will register for you manually.

  • Fax/email: Write an application form and fax it to +1-866-879-1354. Also you can e-mail your registration request to cs@webinarsdesk.com.

When can I ask a question during a live webinar session?
  • You are free to interact with your expert at the end of the webinar. You generally get 10-15 minutes for the Q&A session.

What if I miss a live webinar session or the schedule of a live webinar doesn’t suit my work hours?
  • In case you miss a live webinar session you can register for a recorded session, go for transcripts or DVDs. You can also pick up handbooks for your ease.

When and how will I receive information on how to participate in live Webinar/Audio-Conference/Workshop?
  • You will get all your details on your registered email within 48 hours before the webinar/audio-conference/workshop.

  • Dial-in instructions to access the chosen product, which should be accessed via phone. You will receive a link to access using a device which is compatible with video-audio/viewing.

  • Download link and password for the webinar/audio conference/workshop handouts & associated materials from webinar page at www.webinardesk.com.

  • You can check your spam and junk folder 48 hours prior to the scheduled webinar session in case you do not receive an email in your inbox.

What is the deadline for registering for a webinar?
  • You can register for a webinar at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the scheduled live webinar session. You can call our customer support team to receive a dial in instruction.

I have ordered for a DVD, when will I receive it?
  • You will revive your DVD in a week or so after a scheduled live webinar is held.

When will I receive my e-transcript?
  • It generally takes maximum 20 days and minimum 8 days to receive a transcript after a live webinar session is held.
